Returns and Refunds

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Return or Refund: The KlensaPH.com customer and Consumer Care Products Incorporated agree that return or refund is subject to the following rules:

1. Returns or refunds due to change of mind will not be accepted.
2. All defective merchandise for replacement or exchange must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, along with the original KlensaPH.com sales invoice that was issued together with the delivered item.
3. Defective Klensa products to be returned should at least be 75% intact.
